CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

• An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped.

 

WHY IS MY ORDER SHIPPING IN TWO PARTS? 

• Since we currently work with distributors all over the world, it is possible that your order will come in multiple parts. AMIE Luxe items ship directly from our own warehouse. 

 

MY ORDER IS TAKING TOO LONG!

• Of course no one likes a late package! We are so sorry if you are experiencing a longer wait time than usual. Unfortunately since we do work with distributors across the world, current supply chain issues mean that some items may take longer than usual to ship. Please be sure to double check the estimated ship date before ordering.
• If you are shipping within the US, items shipped from the US will have no further delay.
